Learning Curves at Rhythm & Revive
Running Rhythm & Revive has been a journey full of creativity, energy, and—let’s be honest—a few stumbles along the way. One of the bigger hiccups we hit recently came from my misunderstanding of some details in Google Merchant. What seemed like a small setup error ended up creating major confusion, not just for us but for our customers too.
If you happened to visit our site during that time, you probably noticed something strange: the store wouldn’t let you buy anything unless you spent at least $99. That wasn’t intentional. What actually happened was that I mistakenly marked $99 as the threshold to buy anything instead of the threshold for free shipping.
So instead of offering free shipping on orders over $99, the store looked like it was blocking purchases under $99 altogether. Honestly, if I had landed on a site like that, I would have thought it was a scam too. And if you did, I don’t blame you one bit.
I want to be upfront about this mistake and apologize for the confusion. Rhythm & Revive is built on trust, creativity, and connection, and I know how important it is to get the details right. We’ve fixed the issue, and moving forward, I’m double-checking every setting to make sure nothing like this slips through again.
Thanks for sticking with us through the learning curves. Building something new always comes with a few missteps, but every stumble is a chance to refine, improve, and grow stronger.

PS. We reduced the free shipping threshold to $65 :)
