Once the show starts, the lineup is locked. You can cancel your order within 24 hours — after that, your supplements are already on stage and headed your way.

Eligible Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
• To request a cancellation, contact our support team at [your support email] with your order number.

Not Eligible

• Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
• Custom or promotional bundles are not eligible for cancellation once processed.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
